Spicy Tuna

This is not my dish, but my husband has long dreamed of an era where sashimi grade fish is close enough to our home that it wouldn't spoil on a car drive back to our house. He recently realized we've been living that dream for eight months and haven't taken advantage of it. Now he's eating this nearly every day.
Ingredients:
- 200g (4oz) sashimi tuna (or salmon)
- 1 bunch scallions (approx. If large bunch, use half)
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds
Directions:
- Prep
a. Wash and chop scallions.
b. Cut fish into small cubes. - Measure sriracha and sesame oil into a medium mixing bowl and blend.
- Add fish. Stir until well coated.
- Add all but a pinch of the scallions. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the tuna into a serving bowl. Garnish the top with the remaining scallions and a few pinches of sesame seeds.
